Factory ordered vehicles could be submitted to Velcor by telephone, fax, e-mail or regular mail. Each order is audited by Velcor's purchasing department to confirm it matches your pre-established vehicle selector. Upon confirmation, vehicles are immediately placed on order with the manufacturer.
Velcor has over 8,000 courtesy delivering dealers in our dealer network. This assures the vehicle is delivered near the driver's home or office.
Velcor provides a weekly status report to keep you up-to-date on the progress of each factory ordered vehicle. Each order is monitored from the time you place it until the time it is delivered.
When a vehicle is needed immediately, you can utilize Velcor's network of fleet minded dealers to locate a vehicle. You may have a new hire or a vehicle totaled-out; Velcor will help you find a fleet equipped vehicle within 48 hours.
Chrysler, Ford and General Motors all require a Fleet Identification Number to qualify for fleet incentives and waiving the advertising allowance on your vehicle. If you do not have a number, Velcor can assist you in obtaining one. Call our Customer Service department for assistance.
Velcor will work with you on establishing a vehicle replacement schedule for your drivers. It is important to replace vehicles at the optimum mileage level and cycle your vehicles at the right time of the year. It is always best to cycle your vehicles in the fall and spring, when used vehicles bring a premium price.
Velcor can assist you with special truck, van and pick-up orders requiring special equipment installation. A ship-through program we have established with each manufacturer can perform this upfitting.
