Invoice and Reporting Structure
Our database enables a customer to separate the lease invoices and management reporting into customized groupings based on four levels. Each successive level moves from general to specific information. Example: Level 1=Consumer or Industrial Sales, Level 2=Region (Midwest), Level 3=State (Illinois), Level 4=City (Chicago).
Computerized Vehicle Registration (CVR)
Velcor is on-line with the Wisconsin Motor Vehicle Department. This allows us to register all new vehicles in Wisconsin prior to our clients taking delivery of their new vehicle. We issue new license plates immediately on your new vehicles as well as on the used vehicles you sell to drivers, employees or other individuals. No more waiting for your license plates to arrive.
Electronic Invoicing
Your monthly invoice can be sent to you electronically if you wish. We will e-mail your invoice in an Excel spreadsheet so you can import it to your database. A hard copy is also sent for a paper trail.
Electronic Payments
You can electronically pay your monthly invoice through an ACH transfer. This eliminates the need to cut a check each month. You select the date of payment each month and the money is automatically deducted from your checking account.
No Automated Telephone System
Many large leasing companies have gone to automated telephone systems. The kind where you spend five minutes trying to find a human on the other end of the telephone. We pledge to always provide a friendly helpful individual to assist you when you call Velcor. We don't want you wasting your time trying to figure out which person you should talk to when you need us. Let our telephone operator immediately direct you to the correct person.
Driveway Services
Velcor can assist our clients in relocating their vehicles throughout the contiguous 48 states if needed. Contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.
