Vehicle Maintenance Guide (VMG)
This VMG provides routine maintenance on your vehicles based on recommendations from the manufacturer. The service work is pre-established at mileage intervals the customer selects. Your drivers do not need to be maintenance experts with this program. The coupon functions as a purchase order, thus reducing your driver's out-of-pocket cash disbursements, obtaining national discounted account pricing, and controlling your maintenance expense.
Maintenance Consultation
Velcor's maintenance consultation program controls vehicle expense before it is incurred rather than after the fact. Drivers contact Velcor's toll free 800 number to be directed to a national account center or automotive dealership, authorize maintenance repairs, apply for warranty goodwill adjustments and issue purchase orders. Our goal is to get your driver back on the road as quickly as possible at the lowest cost. Drivers also have access to 24-hour emergency roadside assistance.
Fleet Management Reporting
Velcor maintains a maintenance history on each vehicle to provide valuable information to our customers. These reports include exception reporting, fleet expense summary, vehicle replacement reports, business versus personal use reporting and fuel management reports.
Accident Management
This program is designed for companies who self-insure their collision and comprehensive insurance coverage. Velcor can assist with getting your damaged vehicle back in your driver's hands as quickly as possible. We can arrange for towing, repair estimates, purchase order authorization and follow up on the entire repair process. If needed, Velcor can assist in subrogation of the repair costs.
Other Programs
